1. Exchange Policy
Products purchased from Vernachi’s online store can only be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- The original invoice is required for all exchanges.
- Items purchased on promotions (deals), sale, or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges are only accepted through our online store. Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned at physical retail locations.
2. No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Items can be exchanged as per the policy mentioned above, but no monetary refunds will be issued.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for:
- Products where the customer has had a change of mind about the shade, color, texture, or any other preference.
- Items purchased as part of bundle sets cannot be returned or refunded separately.
4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of your purchase, providing your original invoice and details of the product you wish to exchange.
For security purposes, all issues must be fully resolved within 20 days from the date of delivery.
5. Refund Process
In certain cases where a refund is applicable, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected back on your bank statement.
